Hamburg Rooted Parsley Seeds

This is an old fashioned, duel-purposed root parsley with leaves that are used as a culinary herb and the roots like carrots/parsnips.  You could be forgiven for thinking that this amazing vegetable is a parsnip, but technically it is a member of the parsley family.

Hint: Don’t harvest too many leaves or the roots will be thin!

• High in potassium, fibre, vitamin C and E.
• Use in the kitchen like carrots or regular parsnip.
• Can be grated into salads, roasted or cooked in your favourite stew.
• Use the leaves like freshly picked Italian parsley.
